There’s no need to be apprehensive about the process of moving to Nucleus. We use our proven onboarding process Ignite to help get your teams up and running with the platform as quickly as possible. Your account manager will create an Ignite programme specifically for you that minimises any potential risks to the day-to-day running of your practice to deliver a truly bespoke training solution.

How long will it take?
The Ignite process generally takes 8-12 weeks. At the end of this time it’s our goal to make sure you’ve integrated the platform into your normal course of business.
What does it do?
From on-site training to support material and how-to videos, your account manager will tailor your Ignite programme to make sure your team gets the most from the platform.
How does it work?
Once your business development director has introduced you, your account manager will get in touch to find out more about your team, your business and your investment strategy. They’ll also arrange dates for training for your advisers, paraplanners, administrators and support team.
What happens next?
Ignite goes beyond simply providing training on the technology we use. It aims to support any changes that might be needed across your business. We’ll review the process as we go to make sure we’re developing an efficient and profitable investment process together.
