  1. Fees stated above are estimates and additional fees will be charged for unusually complex or protracted matters.
  2. All fees exclusive of VAT and disbursements.
  3. Please contact the panel solicitor direct if further information on fees is required.
  4. If a tenant is not represented and the lease is registrable, some of our panel solicitors currently offer to deal with the tenants registration and Stamp Duty Land Tax returns after completion but strictly on the basis that:
    • they are not advising the tenant on the terms of the lease; and
    • that there is a separate charge to the tenant for that work (which includes the Stamp Duty Land Tax and land registry fees).
