Upgrading to the new Nucleus Platform?
We’ve set the date for the new Nucleus Platform!
We’re targeting the weekend of 7 and 8 February for the upgrade to take place. If you’re an existing James Hay user you’ll be able to access it from Monday 9 February 2026.
In the weeks before we upgrade some functionality will be temporarily unavailable. This will help us deliver a smooth transition for you. You can view details of the processes affected and deadlines for when instructions need to be completed in our support pages, which contain everything you need to help you get started when the time comes.

Higher interest on your platform cash
To help platform cash work harder in the medium to long term, we offer a choice of fixed term deposits (three months to five years), from a range of banks, with low minimum deposits, offering attractive rates of return.
Registering for an online account is simple, and your financial adviser can also register to have online access to your account.
