Fund suspensions
We're continuing to monitor property funds and any funds affected by events in Russia in terms of potential suspensions and will update this page accordingly.
The Aegon Property Income Fund is in the process of being liquidated, with the latest distribution to investors having been made on 30th July 2023.
Following its suspension in March 2020, the Aegon Property Income Fund (GB00BK6MJH97, GB00BK6MJG80, GB00BK6MJB36) is currently undergoing liquidation. The eighth and most recent liquidation payment was issued to investors in June 2023.
Liquidation of the Funds is ongoing, with the most recent liquidation payment having been issued to shareholders in January 2023.
Following their suspension in March 2020, the Aviva Investors UK Property Fund, Aviva Investors UK Property Feeder Inc Fund, and Aviva Investors UK Property Feeder Acc Fund are currently undergoing liquidation. The fourth and most recent payment was issued to investors in January 2023.
Aviva has elected to close the Aviva Investors UK Property Fund, the Aviva Investors UK Property Feeder Inc Fund and the Aviva Investors UK Property Feeder Acc Fund after temporarily suspending them on 18 March 2020. The closure will take place on 19 July 2021.

Update as at August 2023: Following the transfer of the Fund’s liquid assets into JPM Emerging Europe Equity II Fund on 12th December 2022, the suspension is ongoing.

Latest announcement on a proposed redress payment scheme. Link Fund Solutions have now prepared a Practice Statement Letter which:
- Notifies Investors about the formal launch of the Scheme;
- Provides further details about the key terms of the Scheme; and
- Provides details of the first Court hearing in relation to the Scheme.

Link Fund Solutions have provided an update, including information on the settlement of the FCA's investigation regarding Link's role as Authorised Corporate Director of the LF Equity Income Fund. This update also provides further detail of the proposed Scheme of Arrangement, which, if approved, will enable Link to make payments to investors.

Link Fund Solutions, the Authorised Corporate Director (ACD) of the LF Woodford Income Focus Fund, has decided to suspend dealing in shares in this fund, with effect from 15 October 2019 and until further notice.
This means you will no longer be able to buy or sell shares in this fund.

LF Woodford Equity Income Fund closure
Link Fund Solutions, the ACD of the LF Woodford Equity Income Fund, announced that it intends to close the Woodford Equity Income Fund by selling the assets and returning the proceeds to investors
Pending approval by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Link expects to start winding up the fund on 17 January 2020.
Proceeds will be placed into cash in clients’ existing accounts as interim payments, which will then be available for reinvestment.
Woodford Investment Management will cease to be the investment manager of the fund, effective immediately. The fund will also be renamed as the LF Equity Income Fund.
