Our research matters
Our ambition with our research is to help make retirement more rewarding by understanding what's important to advisers and their customers.
In 2025, we did the Retirement Confidence Index which focuses on attitudes towards retirement amongst customers, but we felt it was important to get adviser views on what’s happening in the industry too, so we also conducted the Voice of the Adviser survey.

Voice of the Adviser survey
We asked advisers about the issues they're facing today and how these affect the future of advice firms. Our survey covered topics such as, regulatory challenges, the recent economic crisis, the effects of the pandemic, and a growing demand for digitised and personalised advice.
