We formed in 2021 by the merger of James Hay Partnership and Nucleus Financial plc. We later acquired the Curtis Banks Group bringing together the pension expertise and award-winning SIPP and SSAS products of Curtis Banks and Talbot and Muir alongside the vast fintech expertise of Dunstan Thomas. In 2024, we acquired Third Financial enhancing further our wealthtech capabilities to provide industry leading technology-led solutions for our clients.
