Hints and tips for registration

  • A registration link will also be emailed to you—check your junk folder if needed. This link expires after 5 days.
  • Your username will appear on screen, please make a note of it. Don’t worry if you forget, you’ll receive a reminder by email and post.
  • Make sure your password meets the required criteria.
  • Please note, all users should set up their own unique log in details for the platform and avoid using a shared mailbox address (such as info@). Attempting to log in or register with an email address that's already in use will cause an error message to appear. If this happens, please try again using your named individual email address.
  • Adviser firm users will receive a one-time passcode (OTP) by text message during registration (this may take a few moments to arrive). Future passcodes will be sent to your registered email.
