Having trouble logging into Nucleus Go? Have a look at our tips below to help you access your account.
Forgot username?
If you've forgotten your username, it will be your client reference number which starts with '100' and is a nine digit number, or your registered email address. If you continue to have issues, please give us a call.
Locked out/forgot password - four easy steps
- Click 'Forgot your password?' link on the Nucleus Go log in screen.
- Provide your username. This will either be your client reference starting ‘100’ or your registered email address. Click submit.
- Check your emails for a link and a code. The link in the email will take you to the password reset form. The link is only valid for 60 minutes.
- Create a new password. Please note this can’t be a password you’ve already used.
