Important update:
The rules regarding the registration of trusts under the Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI) regime have recently changed. Trustees should check with their regulated tax adviser to confirm whether the trust needs to be registered under the AEOI regime (where defined as a financial institution). Please note, the registration deadline was 31 December 2025. Nucleus Financial Group isn’t able to provide guidance on these rules, so we recommend seeking independent tax advice.
