The new Nucleus Platform - better for you, better for your clients
Using the latest tech, our new retirement platform includes more digital processing, e-signatures, instant reports, improved model portfolios, online drawdown, pre-funded pension tax relief, and a suite of new tools.

Please note, we’ll be moving existing James Hay users across to the new platform first, with a phased approach for our other clients.
We’ve set the date for the new platform!
Exciting news – we’re targeting the weekend of 7 and 8 February 2026 for the upgrade. Current James Hay users will be able to access it from Monday 9 February.
With a wide range of products, tools, and investment options, digital processes, and less paper, we’re looking forward to bringing you our new market-leading solution and hearing how it’s helping you to deliver better client outcomes.
As we move towards the upgrade weekend of 7 and 8 February, please be aware there will be some temporary changes to service.

Accessing the platform
Logging in
If you're part of our exclusive preview of the new Nucleus Platform, we'll register you to have an online account.
We recommend you speak with your firms' master user to get your username and password details. Then either select the button below, or go to the Platform logins button at the top of the screen and choose the new Nucleus Platform.
