The new platform is almost here!

We're upgrading to the new Nucleus Platform soon!

Exciting news – we’re targeting the weekend of 7 and 8 February 2026 to upgrade your James Hay product(s) to our new Nucleus Platform.

If you currently have a James Hay Online account, you’ll be able to access the new platform on Monday 9 February.

What you need to know…

Most James Hay products are being upgraded, though a handful of more complex, older products aren’t. 

In the days before the upgrade weekend, there’ll be some changes to our standard service. We’re keeping them to a minimum - they’re needed to ensure the upgrade runs as smoothly as possible. Please take a few moments to read about them so you can plan appropriately.

There are a few things you may need to do before the upgrade – for example logging into your online account; checking your contact details are up to date and changing standing order payments to direct debits (unless property investment related). Make sure you’re ready.

The new Nucleus Platform will provide access to an improved range of tax efficient products and investment options, to help you maximise your retirement savings - with complete flexibility around how you can take income and benefits. We’re looking forward to sharing it with you!
