It’s an intuitive online service so you and your adviser can get the information you want quickly, with expert human support on hand to help if you need it.

- Self Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) and Junior SIPP
- Stocks and Shares Individual Savings Account (ISA) and Junior ISA
- General Investment Account (GIA) including a joint GIA
- Offshore Bond
- Flexi SIPP – standalone SIPP (off platform)
Cash deposit accounts
We partner with Bondsmith, an FCA regulated third-party, to offer access to a diverse range of fixed term deposit accounts with attractive interest rates from banks and building societies.
This is a useful option if you want your spare cash to work harder.
Product bank accounts

Accessing the platform
Having an online account allows you to view how your investments are performing at any time. While your adviser will still be actively involved in managing your portfolio, it gives you day to day visibility.
Our customer portal is simple to use and allows you to view your transactions, statements, documents and letters we send you. You can also find out more about the products we offer, download forms and update your preferences.
And our ‘paperless’ option means you can access your information more quickly online, and be kinder to the environment in the process.
Select the 'Platform login' button above, or at the top right hand of the page.
Select the 'new Nucleus Platform' and then 'Register for online access'.
Then select 'If this is your first time registering for customer portal access'.
Enter your details, then select 'Register'.
If your details match our records, you’ll be registered, and an account activation letter will be sent to your address.
Once you receive this letter, return to the new Nucleus Platform registration page and select 'Register for online access' once again.
This time select 'I’ve started the registration process and received a code to complete my registration'.
You’ll be guided through the process from there.
Your financial adviser will be able to begin the registration process for you to have a Nucleus Platform online account. In which case, you’ll receive an email from us with a link to complete your registration.
The link will be valid for five days.
