Accessing the platform
Logging in
When you first log in to your James Hay Online account after the upgrade, you’ll be automatically redirected to the new platform to set up your user credentials.
Our Guides and tutorials page offers step by step instructions on how to log-in, as well as other key processes. If your client's products are not upgrading, they can continue to access James Hay Online in the usual way.
If you requested a Master User to be set up ahead of the upgrade then they'll be able to change user permissions, add new users, and reset user names and passwords. If you don't yet have a Master User set up for your firm, you can complete the Master user registration form which can be found in the literature library and submit to us via secure messaging.
